Is Memodyne a Scam or Legit? 6 Facts to Check Before You Pay

Quick answer

We cannot call Memodyne a scam, and we cannot say it works. What we can check: the label prints seven amounts, a distributor is named, and prices and a 60-day refund path are written down. Not published: a testing lab, a factory and any trial. Use six checks before you pay.

The question

Is Memodyne a scam?

A scam takes your money and gives nothing. An untested product is a different thing, and the two should not be mixed up.

What we can see is this. The bottle exists and carries a full label. A distributor is printed on it. The sales page lists prices and a refund route with a phone number and a return address. Those are documented facts.

What we cannot see is a test report, a factory name or any trial of the formula. Those are not published. So the fair summary is "documented in part, unproven in effect." We do not call other websites scams either. We say we cannot vouch for them.

Key facts

Which facts are on the table in the Memodyne scam question?

Key facts
  • The label prints seven amounts and no proprietary blend.
  • The distributor is printed: Gex Corporation LLP, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404.
  • Prices checked October 13, 2026: $158, $207 and $294 for 2, 3 and 6 bottles.
  • Refund path: 60 days from purchase, by phone, with a tracked return to New York.
  • Not published: a testing lab, a factory name and a trial of the formula.
  • Lot MEM-26/ME-3689 and CoA MEM-3689-26-ME are seller reference codes, not lab proof.

Complaints

What do Memodyne complaints and reviews usually mention?

Complaint titles repeat the same parts: "reviews," "complaints," "2026" and a question about whether it is legit. Many point at other web shops that use the Memodyne name, some with a near-identical spelling. We cannot see those shops' orders and we cannot vouch for them.

The shop that took the order owns the complaint. So the first question is always "who charged my card?" Your statement or confirmation email shows the company name.

The refund route

What do the refund terms look like in numbers?

Refund terms on the sales page, as read on October 13, 2026

Window60 days from the purchase date
Use asked firstAt least 30 days
How to claimCall +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID

Return postagePaid by the buyer, tracked service
Refund timing3-5 business days after the bottles are credited, then 5-10 days for your card issuer

A written window, a phone number, a street address and a timeline are things a seller can be held to. They do not prove the capsule works. They do show that a refund route exists, and that you can test it by phone before you ever mail a parcel.

Real or fake

Is Memodyne real or fake?

The product is real in the sense that it has a printed label and a seller. "Fake" usually means one of two other things: a lookalike shop, or a bottle that does not match the label.

For shops, read the address bar. Our buttons open memodyne.com. For bottles, run the five-point check: name, seven lines, fillers, distributor and an intact safety seal. A bottle that lists bacopa or ginkgo is a different product. Details are on our batch verify page.

Fact check

What is the fact check on Memodyne's big claims?

The sales page promises memory support, more blood flow to the brain and protection from oxidative stress. None of those has a trial behind it for this formula. The amino acids were studied mainly for exercise at gram doses (NIH ODS, Exercise supplements).

Four badges around the bottle name no one to check. "Physician formulated" names no physician. "GMP" and "FDA registered facility" name no plant. Registration is also not approval (FDA, Approval myths). The money-back badge matches the 60-day terms, and the vegetarian badge matches the capsule shell.

Reading the signs

What usually separates a scam from a thin product page?

A page with no phone, no return address, no ingredient amounts and a clock that resets is a bad sign. A page with all of those, plus a missing lab report, is a thin page, not an empty one. The two need different responses.

For a thin page, ask the questions the page leaves open. For Memodyne, those are the testing lab, the factory and the niacin form. Ask the distributor on the bottle and judge the reply by whether it gives names, dates and numbers.

Stop signs

What red flags should make you stop before paying?

  • A page that lists herbs the label does not have.
  • A price other than the dated pack totals, or a countdown that resets.
  • A celebrity face. No famous person is linked to Memodyne.
  • A ticked box for repeat shipments that you did not choose.
  • No phone number, no return address and no order email.
  • Promises to cure memory loss. No supplement can promise that (FTC, Alzheimer's claims letters).

Already ordered

What should you do if you already paid on a Memodyne website?

Save the order email. Find the company name on your card statement. If it is the sales-page order, call +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID. If it is another shop, contact that shop first. If it will not answer, your card issuer can explain how to dispute a charge.

Safety note

Memodyne is a dietary supplement. It is not FDA approved, and no supplement is. It is not a treatment for memory loss, dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Ask your doctor before use if you take heart, blood pressure, nitrate, ED, blood thinner or diabetes medicine.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is Memodyne a scam?

We cannot call it one, and we cannot say it works. The label, distributor and refund path are documented. No lab, factory or trial is published. Run the six checks before you pay.

Is Memodyne legit?

Four of six checks pass on paper: printed amounts, a named distributor, dated prices and a refund path. Testing and proof of effect are not published.

What complaints do people have about Memodyne?

Complaint pages often involve other web shops using the Memodyne name, and name mix-ups with Melodyne or memantine. A complaint follows the shop that took the order, so check who charged your card.

Is the physician formulated badge real?

The badge names no physician, no credential and no role, so it cannot be checked. We do not repeat it as fact.

Where do I report a misleading Memodyne ad?

To the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov. Include screenshots and the web address.

What if my bottle does not match the label?

Set it aside, photograph the seal and the panel, and contact the seller you paid. A bottle that names bacopa, ginkgo or huperzine A holds some other product.

Our view

Our view

Memodyne is neither a proven product nor, on the facts we can see, an empty box. It is a documented label with an undocumented effect.

That is a fair place to ask for caution, not fear. Run the six checks, read the refund terms, keep your receipts and ask your pharmacist about L-arginine. If any check fails for you, walk away.
