Memodyne Testing and Quality: What Is Shown and What Is Not
The Memodyne label documents a lot: every amount, a vegetable capsule, U.S. manufacture and a named distributor. The testing behind it is not published. No lab, certifier, facility or physician is named for the GMP, FDA registered facility, "physician formulated" or "pure guaranteed" badges, and registering a facility is not FDA approval.

The record
What quality proof does Memodyne actually publish?
The label is detailed. The testing behind it is not published anywhere we could find.
| Item | Status | Where |
|---|---|---|
| An amount for each of the seven lines | Documented | Supplement Facts |
| No proprietary blend | Documented | Supplement Facts |
| Vegetable capsule (hypromellose) | Documented | Other ingredients |
| Made in the USA | Documented; factory not named | Label |
| Distributor and PO box | Documented | Label |
| Lot and CoA numbers | Reference codes only | Seller |
| Factory name | Not published | None |
| Testing lab and results | Not published | None |
| GMP certifier or audit | Not published | None |
| Trial of the formula | Not published | None |
A fully printed panel is a real point in Memodyne's favor. Many memory products hide amounts inside a blend; this one does not. You can read every line on the Supplement Facts page.
Brand badges
What do the Memodyne quality badges mean?
Four badges, read literally. Under each one, a short note gives what it rests on. None is our endorsement.

The sales page prints 60 days from the date of purchase, after at least 30 days of use.

The label lists hypromellose, a plant-based capsule. No vegetarian certifier is named.

A brand badge. No facility, certifier or audit report is named.

A brand badge. No facility is named. Registration is not FDA approval.
Two of the four can be tied to something printed. The money-back badge matches the 60-day terms on the sales page, and the vegetarian badge matches the hypromellose capsule on the label. The GMP and FDA registered facility badges name no plant, so there is nothing to look up.
Unnamed claims
Who stands behind the Memodyne "physician formulated" badge?
Nobody is named. The same goes for the purity and natural badges.
The brand also shows badges reading "physician formulated", "pure guaranteed" and "100% natural". Not one of them identifies a person, a test or a standard. There is no doctor's name, no license and no role. There is no purity test, no lab and no limit for contaminants. The natural badge never says what natural means.
Gluten free and GMO free badges appear as well, again with no certifier.
A badge that names no person or test cannot be checked by you or by us. So we show only the four we can explain against the label or the sales page, and we never repeat the others as fact.
FDA
Is an FDA registered facility the same as FDA approval for Memodyne?
No. Registration puts a facility on a list; it is not a review of the product.
The FDA cannot sign off on a dietary supplement before it goes on sale (FDA, Supplement Q&A). The agency adds that facility registration and approval are two separate things (FDA, Approval myths). The Memodyne badge names no plant, which leaves nothing to search for.
What the bottle does carry is the standard FDA disclaimer found on supplement labels. That wording is required by law. It grades nothing, and it says nothing about quality.
Evidence
Is Memodyne clinically proven?
Nobody has published a trial of this exact formula, so a clinical claim has nothing to stand on.
The ingredients were studied apart from Memodyne, mostly for exercise. That research used grams a day, far above the milligrams in one capsule (NIH ODS, Exercise supplements). None of it tested this capsule or measured memory.
The FTC holds sellers to competent and reliable science for health claims (FTC, Health claims). Badges, artwork and buyer quotes are not that science. When a page calls a supplement "clinically proven" without naming a trial, ask which one.
Lab-coat "expert" photos from the sales page name no one, so we do not use them.

Order nowYour questions
What should you ask the Memodyne distributor about testing?
Five questions a well-documented supplement can answer in one email.
Which lab tested lot MEM-26/ME-3689?
Ask for the lab's name and its accreditation, not just the word "tested".
Can I see the certificate behind CoA MEM-3689-26-ME?
Look for test dates, methods and results for identity, strength, microbes and heavy metals.
Which facility fills the capsules, and who audits it?
That turns the GMP badge into something you can check.
Is the niacin nicotinic acid or niacinamide?
The panel does not say. The form decides whether flushing is possible at higher doses; see niacin.
Who is the physician behind the badge?
A name and a credential, or the badge means little.
Send them to the distributor printed on the bottle: Gex Corporation LLP, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404, +1 (507) 448-8190, [email protected]. Replies with names, dates and numbers count as documentation. Replies that repeat the badges do not.

Updates
When will this Memodyne quality record change?
As soon as a document arrives that names a lab, a facility or a person.
If the distributor sends a certificate, we will add the lab name, the test date and the lot it covers, and date the change. If you hold a document we have missed, email [email protected]. Our sourcing rules are on editorial standards, and the bottle check sits on batch verify.
FAQ
Memodyne testing and quality FAQ
Is Memodyne third-party tested?
Not that anyone has shown. No lab, certifier or test result is published for Memodyne, and the CoA number we hold, MEM-3689-26-ME, is a reference code without a report. Ask the distributor on the label for a certificate that names its lab and its results.
Is Memodyne GMP certified?
A brand badge says GMP, but no facility, certifier or audit report is named on the label or the sales page. Without those names, a badge alone does not show who inspected the plant, against which standard, or when the last check happened.
Who is the physician behind Memodyne?
No physician is named on the label or the sales page. One badge says "physician formulated" yet gives no name, credential or role, so the claim cannot be checked. We do not repeat it as fact and do not display that badge.
Which factory produces Memodyne?
The label does not say. It states only that production happens in the United States, using ingredients sourced globally. No factory is named, and neither are the source countries. The company on the bottle is Gex Corporation LLP, listed as distributor with an Ogden, Utah mailing address.
Is Memodyne safe if the testing is not published?
Missing reports leave purity unconfirmed; they do not show harm either way. Your own safety depends more on the ingredients. L-arginine can lower blood pressure and interacts with several heart medicines (Mayo Clinic, L-arginine), so check with your doctor first if you take any.
Does Memodyne contain heavy metals?
Nobody outside the maker can say, because no test result is published. A full certificate of analysis usually reports metals such as lead and arsenic for a batch. Ask the distributor for one covering lot MEM-26/ME-3689 and read the actual numbers.
Is Memodyne vegan?
The brand calls it vegetarian, and the other ingredients are a hypromellose capsule, vegetable stearate and silicon dioxide. No vegan claim or certifier appears, and the sources of the amino acids are not stated, so strict vegans should ask the distributor first.
